  • These rates do not include 6% sales tax and 3% room tax.
  • $200.00 security deposit required at the time of reservation.
  • Children 5 and under stay free.
  • Pets are welcome - $50.00 Security Deposit Required, $10.00 per day charge per pet.
  • Special rates for multiple week rentals
  • Free local telephone calls. Long distance will be an additional charge.
  • Payment - We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Money Orders (a money order must be for the full amount plus additional $50.00 fee deposit). If using a money order please make your reservation by telephone only.
  • Excessive Cleaning Fee: We reserve the right to charge additional funds for an excessive cleaning fee if premises are left unreasonably dirty.
  • Non-registered guest are not permitted on the premises.
